Preparing to go

The first key to a safe, fun, and successful trip is preparedness. Well, mostly...
So first things first:
You will need
1. A passport! (That is valid longer than 6 months from the day we depart from Bolivia.)
2. Yellow Fever vaccine.  (This has been a requirement for visas to enter Bolivia--as far as I know it still is...)
3. Other vaccines.  Visit CDC for more info.
4. ~$2500.  I know this sounds like a lot of money...probably because it is.  But I've never seen God unable to accomplish His work--especially for lack of money! The price can vary as well, depending on how economical we are able to find flights.
5. Flexible attitude! Every day is an adventure and we're never exactly sure what a day will bring. (It's the same here--the extremes are just a little different...!)

For the VISA you will also need:
$135 cash (this is included in your trip cost.
Visa application form (we'll get them there) or you can get it here.
2X2 color photo (extra passport size picture)
Invitation letter (I'll get this from Jorge)
proof of "economic solvency"-credit card/bank statemtent
*This is good for FIVE years, so if you're returning (or plan to return) keep in mind that this is a one time expense (every 5 years).
